Product Engineer (Mid–Senior)
You’re a hands-on engineer who enjoys building products from 0 → 1 and owning real outcomes.
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Strong backend experience with Go and SQL
- Frontend experience with React and/or Vue
- Comfortable working end-to-end: product, code, and delivery
- Familiar with CI/CD, testing, and production-ready systems
- Familiar with OpenAI API or similar AI platforms
- Solid understanding of how AI systems work, including fine-tuning, data labeling, and model iteration
- Curious, pragmatic, and able to work independently in an async setup
- Experience with (or interest in) Cursor — everyone at Twentylab uses it
Business & Technical Project Manager
A hybrid role for people who love connecting business, product, and engineering.
- Ideal if you’ve worked in multiple roles before (e.g. software engineer, product manager, tech lead)
- Comfortable joining client calls and translating problems into clear plans
- Responsible for preparing roadmaps, breaking work into tickets, and keeping projects moving
- Enjoys solving ambiguous problems and understanding different business processes
- Familiar with OpenAI API or similar AI platforms
- Understands AI fundamentals, including fine-tuning, data labeling, and practical AI workflows
- Strong communicator who can work async but knows when a call makes sense
- Technically fluent enough to collaborate closely with engineers
